In advance of the upcoming Nov. 2nd HSS/HSP Workshop I highly recommend taking a look at Dr. Elaine Aron’s latest blog, which includes a synopsis of her 5 week vacation through Europe as she wrestled with her HSS and HSP selves!

HSS/HSP section starts under the heading The Battle of the Temperaments. I know I found myself nodding in agreement as Dr. Aron relates her need to indulge both the HSS and HSP selves but how they are both very different and each demanding in their way.
